I started doing CrossFit before I even knew what CrossFit was. While personal training at big globo gyms, I always had a preference for CrossFit style workouts. After being told many times I was training CrossFit style, I finally Googled it and was surprised to find a methodology that incorporated all the things I already loved! This intrigued me, and little by little, I drank the Kool-Aid and started focusing on WODs, weightlifting and powerlifting wholeheartedly. I love the competitive spirit and the unique community that define CrossFit, as well as learning from many friends and great coaches. Above all else, I take the most pride in seeing my athletes accomplish their goals and set new personal records; for some, that may involve
getting their first pull-up or muscle up while others simply learn to move in ways that they never thought possible. Aside from CrossFit, I am a music producer, but that’s a whole other story!
