CrossFit Workout 9/2/19 Monday

One workout at 9am. It will take about an hour and a half.

We’re going to do a workout based off the 10 physical skills

Everyone will start with finding a 1rm Clean (any style) (Power)

then we will rotate through 8 stations that test
Balance
Flexibility
Coordination
Agility
Strength
Stamina
Speed
Accuracy

Then we’ll finish with a mile run for time. (Endurance)
